Non-medical Nature of Services
All services are provided outside the scope of clinical medical or psychological frameworks. These do not replace consultations, therapy, or interventions by licensed mental health professionals (psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, certified psychotherapists).
The Provider exclusively offers:
Individual activities:
- personalized coaching (life, relationships, career, emotions)
- vocational counseling and decision-making support
- guided self-exploration and personal development
- emotional regulation via somatic and narrative techniques
- psychoeducational support to identify limiting patterns
- conscious breathing sessions and body reconnection
Group activities:
- sharing and authentic connection circles
- thematic workshops on emotional growth, femininity, boundaries, shame, self-esteem
- active meditation (OSHO®) and movement exploration groups
- experiential retreats focused on emotional reconnection and integration
Experiential and integrative practices:
- deep introspection and self-regulation through guided processes
- mindfulness, somatic meditation, creative visualization
- working with the body and emotional memory (BBTRS®)
- symbolic and transpersonal exploration in safe environments
- somatic activation and biodynamic breathing techniques
These services are non-medical, non-diagnostic, and do not replace psychological therapy or psychiatric intervention. They are intended for individuals seeking growth, balance, and personal awareness, and NOT for the treatment of psychological or medical conditions. Participation in these services does not establish a psychotherapeutic or clinical therapeutic relationship. Use is voluntary and at the full responsibility of the Participant.
In cases of psychological disorders, emotional crises, or mental health emergencies, the Participant understands they are responsible for contacting emergency services at 112 or seeking a licensed professional (psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, etc.).

- Participation Conditions
Participation in programs, sessions, or events organized through the websites www.lauraandrunachi.ro, www.lauraandrunachi.com, and www.learn2b.ro is permitted exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
Minors may participate only with the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By registering for and attending live sessions or events, you confirm that:
- You are of legal age,
- You are in a stable and functional mental health condition,
- You do not exhibit any symptoms or disorders that may interfere with your ability to safely engage in the proposed process.
If you suffer from significant medical or psychological conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare professional (doctor, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist) beforehand to assess whether participation is appropriate for your current condition.

Important: The provider does NOT offer emergency support.
In the event of a psychological or medical emergency, the Client understands that they are solely responsible for immediately calling the emergency services number 112 (valid in Romania and other EU countries), or contacting the appropriate local emergency services or nearest medical unit, depending on their current country of residence.
- LIMITED LIABILITY AND FULL DISCLAIMER
The Provider and S.C. A.B.C. FACTORY INTL. S.R.L. do NOT assume and cannot be held liable, under any circumstances, for:
- Subjective or objective outcomes of the sessions,
- Emotional reactions or personal decisions of users,
- Misinterpretation of content,
- Delays, cancellations, technical errors, or temporary unavailability of the platform.
The user assumes full responsibility for their decisions and actions after accessing the materials or attending the sessions.

Laura Andrunachi is continuously engaged in professional training and personal development, integrating evidence-based methods with transpersonal and somatic approaches. Her practice is rooted in innovation, deep introspection, and authentic reconnection with the self, bringing forward multidisciplinary perspectives informed by the latest research in neuroscience, psychology, and somatic therapy.
Depending on the specific nature of the programs or events, Laura Andrunachi may collaborate with other facilitators, therapists, or invited professionals. Details regarding their identity, qualifications, and role within the sessions are clearly presented in the description of each course, workshop, or event, ensuring participants are fully informed prior to registering.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Collected data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Romanian Law 190/2018. By completing any form, the user explicitly and knowingly consents to the use of their data for the stated purposes. Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or provision of false information will be penalized in accordance with applicable law.
- Orders, Withdrawals & Returns
Services are available exclusively for purchase online via the websites:
Services/products can only be ordered online following a completed registration, intake form, or—where applicable—eligibility validation for the requested program. The order is considered final once:
- The registration/booking process is completed,
- The contract is signed (where applicable),
- Full or first installment payment is made (where installment plans are allowed).
Many of the services/products are:
- “As is” – with immediate access (e.g., digital courses, downloadable video/audio materials),
- Or part of structured experiential programs with specific formats and durations (live sessions, circles, retreats, etc.).
Digital products and services (e.g., online courses, live sessions, workshops, PDFs, videos, audio files) are delivered via specialized platforms accessible upon payment confirmation.
Most of the programs, sessions, events, and workshops offered through the websites www.lauraandrunachi.ro, www.lauraandrunachi.com, and www.learn2b.ro are original, newly launched products with a deeply experiential and transformative nature. These involve active, introspective, and committed participation in a subjective, personalized process.
Participation is limited to a small number of people to ensure a safe, personal, and effective working space.
The withdrawal of a participant after enrollment confirmation may significantly disrupt the group’s coherence, safety, and dynamics, as well as the processes of other participants.
Therefore, no refunds are accepted for these services, regardless of the reason.
Please read the full description of each product, program, or service carefully before placing your order—whether the service is paid or free.
In accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, art. 16, letter m), there is NO right of withdrawal for:
- The provision of digital content not delivered on a physical medium,
- When the performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent,
- And with the acknowledgment that they lose the right of withdrawal.
By purchasing any digital product or enrolling in a program/service, you declare that you have been informed of this legal exception and that you expressly consent to the service beginning, thereby waiving your legal right of withdrawal.
The provider offers only:
- Individual or group coaching (focused on personal, professional, and relational life),
- Vocational counseling, career guidance, and support in major decision-making,
- Emotional counseling in non-clinical settings, with an educational and guiding role,
- Facilitation of self-knowledge, inner clarity, and resource activation,
- Support for introspective processes, emotional regulation, and personal adaptation skills,
- Body-based and energetic release practices using integrated methods (conscious breathing, somatic awareness, mindfulness),
- Experiential approaches focused on presence, body reconnection, and emotional integration,
- Psychoeducational support spaces for inclusion and authentic self-expression,
- Active meditations and grounding/centering/creative visualization exercises,
- Sharing circles, thematic workshops, and group retreats with a psycho-spiritual focus.
9. ABUSIVE USE AND SANCTIONS
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using a client account on behalf of another person,
- Participating while under the influence of alcohol, in an altered mental state, or with fraudulent intent,
- Recording sessions or unauthorized distribution of materials.
Any violation will automatically result in:
- Permanent exclusion from programs,
- Account suspension or termination,
- Legal action for damages.
10. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTES
This document is governed by the laws in force in Romania. Any dispute arising between the Provider and the User/Client will be resolved, as much as possible, through amicable means, via direct and transparent communication.
If an amicable resolution is not possible, the disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Municipality of Bucharest, in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
An attempt at mediation does not suspend the right to pursue legal action in court.
